Rollouts

  • Nestlé Zentrale(Frankfurt a.M.)
  • Nescafé Dolce Gusto (Schwerin)
  • Wagner Pizza (Nonnweiler)

Goals

  • Record all fixed assets
  • Implementation of a digital asset management software
  • Quickly upload about 50.000 assets
  • global SAP interface

The challenge

Nestlé needed an individual solution with an interface to their SAP software. Additionally, they needed help labeling and recording their assets via safety labels and uploading everything into their new seventhings software. All this had to be coordinated with the international project team.

The solutioncoffee

The project rollout started parallel with the new opening of the Nescafé Dolce Gusto plant in Schwerin. This was done in close cooperation with the central location in Frankfurt am Main. Seventhings provided all the necessary scanners and printing equipment for the project. They also assisted Nestlé in project management and controlling during the system implementation. A project leader on site assured a smooth transition.
With the implementation of this tool, Nestlé can now manage all their assets spread over various locations in one, central place. By using the interfaces the seventhings software provides, they can easily import data from any department and manage it efficiently. These new and improved internal process will save the company valuable time and effort, allowing these precious resources to be allocated elsewhere.
