Simple PDF creation in the seventhings asset management app
App users can now create important documents in the app and save them directly to the item. Choose from existing templates or upload your own documents to the seventhings app. This allows you to easily manage logs for maintenance or handovers on the item.
With the integrated signing function, you can then sign and save them directly in the app.
This also saves time when onboarding and offboarding employees.
Handover protocols can be updated immediately if required and handed out to new employees, which simplifies and speeds up the recruitment process.
By reducing the number of printed lists and logs, you not only save on paper costs, but also on operating costs. And not to forget: Less paper is also good for our environment. 🌱🌍

The advanced scan mode allows you to select certain fields and pre-fill values. Once you have scanned an asset, this information is automatically maintained on the item. The function enables faster allocation of asset information, whether per employee or per room.
Choose from fields such as acquisition date, inventory group or manufacturer and improve the accuracy of your asset data.
The personalised pre-selection allows users to simplify the scanning process and significantly reduce the time required for inventory. This can optimise workflows in the company, whether for taking inventory or day-to-day asset management.
